Hi, Being new to gardening I ordered from your company for the first
time last week and am extremely impressed with the service I have
received. Your Customer Service is outstanding. I had a bit of a mix up
on my part whilst ordering my plants and a very helpful lady called
Nicola dealt with my emails so promptly, I was amazed. When I received
my plants they were very well packaged and looked better than I was
expecting - I expected the plants to look a bit "tired" after their
journey but they weren't. My order came with a printed description of
each plant and how to plant and care for it - which again, I thought was
really good as I am an absolute beginner. All in all, I shall
definitely be ordering from your company again
-without a doubt - and shall be telling all my gardening friends to

I am just writing to say that I have recently
had excellent customer service from one of you customer advisors, Nicola
Ryan. I bought 2 standard eucalyptustrees and initially I was very
dissatisfied with the trees as the size and condition was not what I
expected and where no use for my intended purpose. However, I have had
two emails from Nicola and I found her responses to be polite and very
helpful and I feel I have been treated extremely well in respect of my
order. When I first saw the trees I was certain I would never use you as
a company again but I cannot fault the service I have received and will
definitely not hesitate to use you again. If possible I would just like

I would just like to inform you that I received my order of wisteria(s) Blue Rain and 400 summer bulbs plus the free rose arch. May I tell you that this is the first time I have ever received an order of plant life -from any plant company- in such tip top condition - albeit that I haven't as yet looked at the bulbs. But , judging by the amount of packaging around them when I do check them tomorrow, I'm sure they will be ok. I am so pleased with the excellent condition the wisteria arrived in also to see that the rose arch is a sturdy metal frame, can't wait to put that together at the weekend. I telephoned only to try to find out what I may have done wrong when all the beautiful Lawson cypress conifers you sent all died. I thought that I had done something wrong but the wonderful lady on the phone said that I had done everything correctly. I was then absolutely shocked when I was told that you would replace all the plants although you delivered them in excellent condition. Keep up the good work, Many thanks to all your staff. Irisplants and bulbs are among the most lovely shaped spring to early summer flowers. They bridge the gap between spring and summer flowering plants. Irisbulbs are planted either in fall or during the spring season. Perennial Irisplants-tubers are planted from September until the end of April.

Brighten up your lawn in spring with colourful drifts of Crocuses. Cut a H-shape in your lawn and pull back the flaps. Plant Crocusbulbs underneath, level out the soil and replace the turf flaps. Then leave the rest to Mother nature, you can look forward to a beautiful colourful lawn in the spring. This technique also works well with Daffodils, Muscari and Snowdrops.
