Jackmanii is one of the most popular large flowering varieties, this rapid climber produces large purple blue, velvety flowers on lush green foliage mid spring to late summer, it's extremely vigorous. This variety belongs to the Viticella Group, Prune Group 3, it blooms in late summer/autumn so you can prune it hard in early spring. All shoots can be pruned right back to the previous years wood just above the plants base.

How to take care of Clematis Jackmanii
