How to take care of Nerium oleander White
Oleander is a tender evergreen shrub that prefers well drained loamy and heavy clay soils. Requires a sunny location as it will not grow and flower as well in shade. It requires well drained loamy and heavy clay soil and can tolerate drought once established. Ideal for growing in large containers but for best results can be kept indoors over winter as it will not tolerate hard frost. Water well for its first year in the ground once it has become established it won't need supplemental water. The plant can also tolerate saline conditions. Pruning should be carried out in early spring, cut a few of the oldest stems to the ground to make room for new stems. ATTENTION: All parts of this plant is harmful if eaten .
