How to take care of Curio Mount Everest
Mount Everest likes it warm. A south-east or south-west window is ideal. There it can enjoy the sun in the morning and afternoon hours. Since it withstands full sun, high temperatures don't bother it. It blooms in the spring months with light yellow flowers. Don't give too much water, keep on the dry side. It tolerates temporary periods of drought and therefore can be left unattended for some time. Only if it is particularly hot in the summer months, it prefers a weekly watering. Provide the plant with (green) plant fertilizer once a month to keep it beautiful and strong.
It will thrive both indoors and on your patio. If the plant gets too big, you can cut the longest branch in half with a sharp knife. The plant will grow back.
Tip: Always let the top layer of soil dry well before you give the next watering.Waterlogging as this leads to rotting of the roots.
