A great hardy Pomegranate Tree especially chosen for Mediterranean style gardens...
Pomegranate Tree (Punica granatum) is a beautiful hardy deciduous tree with glossy bright green leaves ideal for growing on a sunny patio. The pretty funnel-shaped flowers turn into edible pomegranates in deep red or yellow rind.
It’s worth growing for the flowers alone as it produces striking bright red tube-shaped flowers from late spring until late summer.
Pomegranates fruit store extremely well in a cool dry place and continue to sweeten off the tree.

How to take care of Pomegranate Tree
Pomegranate is not fussy about soil condition. Water it regularly during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. In spring feed with a general-purpose fertilizer before new growth begins. Trim annually in early spring to keep in shape. If planted in a container, then the container must be protected in winter.
