Viola Seed Johnny Jump Up
These old favourites are a great choice for brightening up those dull winter days. Suitable for planting in baskets, containers and complimenting other spring flowering bulbs. These non fussy plants provide masses of multi-coloured blooms with distinctive markings in the centre, flowering non stop for months on end. Early sowing (annual) : Sow February - March under glass in seedbeds. Plant out in April or May. Late sowing (biennial) : Sow mid July until mid August in seedbeds and plant out in autumn.

How to take care of Viola Jump Up
Give water on a regular basis to prevent the soil from drying out. Place the planter in a sunny spot on your patio or indoor. The pansy Viola plants are hardy. Remove dead flower heads regularly. Trim back the plants after flowering and give some liquid fertiliser to restart flowering.
Pansies do not like heat at all and will begin to decline as the days warm up. Regular watering will help them hang on a bit longer, but don’t expect your pansies to last all season.
