Chionodoxa Luciliae Blue (Sneeuwroem) x 20
Chionodoxa Luciliae Blue (Sneeuwroem) x 20
Chionodoxa luciliae is a charming spring-flowering bulb that brings soft blue colour to the garden early in the season. Ideal for creating a natural, decorative drift that gently lifts beds and borders after winter.
Location
Best planted outdoors in a spot with partial sun, where the early spring flowers show beautifully among other seasonal planting.
Contents
Supplied as a set of 20 dormant bulbs, ready for planting.
Growth habit and size
A compact spring bloomer, typically reaching 10–20 cm tall. It can return year after year and gradually broaden into a more generous, carpet-like display.
Plant care
Plant at around 3 cm deep and leave about 5 cm between bulbs. Water well after planting to help them settle in.
Pruning and maintenance
Once flowering has finished, let the leaves die back naturally so the bulb can store energy for the following season.

Hardy down to –25°C.
