Buddleja Adonis is a bright blue flowering, compact growing shrub with hundreds of flowers during summer.
Buddleja is low maintenance and suitable for growing in large patio containers, borders or as part of a semi evergreen hedge. Butterflies and bees find it irresistible.
It's important to prune Buddlejas hard in spring and to remove faded flowers in summer, as this will encourage a second flush of flowers

How to take care of Buddleja davidii Adonis Blue
Soak the roots for approx 2 hrs before planting; water well after planting and for the next few weeks. It prefers well-drained chalky soil and a full sun position. Requires hard pruning every March. Cut back last year’s growth within two inches of the old wood. If left un-pruned it can reach a height of 8ft (2.5mt).
