How to take care of Perovskia Blue Spire 9 cm pot
For best results soak the roots for approx 2 hrs before planting and water well after planting and for the next few weeks. Plant the tree in light shady sheltered location, protect from cold winds and hot morning sun, which might damage the brilliant spring leaves but somewhere you can see the sun shinning through the leaves. Prepare planting site with 50% potting compost and 50% top soil plant the tree so that the root ball is just below the surface and water well for the next few weeks. Apply a top dressing of organic fertiliser during early spring but not at the time of planting wait for about 6 weeks before applying fertiliser for the first time.
