Hosta Collection x 6
Hosta Collection x 6
Hosta is a classic choice for adding rich, leafy texture to the garden, especially in spots where many other plants struggle to look their best. This collection of six varieties gives you a varied mix for a full, decorative planting.
Location
Place these hostas outdoors in shade or partial shade, where their foliage can form a calm, leafy backdrop in beds, borders or containers.
Contents
The set includes six bare-root hostas: Brim Cup, Francee, Mama Mia, Moonlight Sonata, Hosta sieboldiana ‘Elegans’, and Hosta sieboldiana ‘Frances Williams’.
Plant care
Set the roots into moist, well-drained soil and keep the ground evenly moist in the first weeks after planting. Once established, water at the base to help keep the foliage in good condition.
Winter hardiness
Hardy down to –20°C. A thick layer of compost over winter helps protect the plants during colder spells.
