How to take care of Papaver orientale Pinnacle Pink
They prefer light, well-drained soil and full sun, but the plants are not hardy in hot weather, they can die within a season in hot summer climates. They are short lived perennials but can live for 2-3 season. For best results, enrich the topsoil with some organic fertilizer. Make sure that the soil is loosened sufficiently (20-25 cm)so that the strong roots can grow down deep. Flowering period summer.
Please soak the bare roots for 12-18 hours (do not exceed 24 hours). This allows them to take up the maximum amount of water without doing any injury to the plant.
